Help!!! can't get rid of spyware/adware

Every so often I get a message from wondows messanger saying some stuff about spyware and porn. They point me to a website called spw9.com
I ran ad-aware, spybot S&D, and spysweeper and I still get the poups.
Please help!!!
Can you identify the spyware/adware and if so can you tell me how to reomove it?

it's a fake site, that probably installs ad/spy ware itself...there are many places that refer to the messenger fake messages...google the exact message and you'll see some fixes for it. OK? ok...

Start > Run > services.msc

Change startup type of Messenger service to Disabled.

Ad aware 6 and no adware got rid of spyware that spybot missed
