Good Speeds and CPU usage?

Here is my dillema, i have tried all of the clients on zeropaid, the only one i get even near decent download speeds with is shareaza, but if i have more than say 4 downloads going it eats up cpu like there is no tomorrow, is there a client that is easy on teh system and downloads very fast?

Problems I've Seen
ABC - Slowed my net down, even when it was only reporting 22k up and 45k down.
azuerus - hmm, java... 80+ % cpu with multiple downloads after a short period of time.
BitSpirit - 10k top download speeds.
Bitcomet - 14k top d/l speeds.
BT++ - very slow, 4-6k d/l tops.
Shareaza - great speeds, bad cpu usage.
Torrentstorm - slow speeds.
Shadow's - slow speeds.

you can see my dillema, i suffer from slow speeds most of the time and bad system performance the other times.

PC SPECS:
AMD ATHLON XP 2200+
1.5 GIG PC 3200 ddr
LOTS of hard drives
Nvidia GeforeFX 5600u

Net:
3 meg down
256K up.
dlink wireless network, all ports forwarded, etc..etc..etc...
