ive had azureus for a while now, and everything has been just peachy. fast downloads and uploads, etc. then today, i updated windows (xp home), and also updated azureus from 2.0.6.0 to 2.0.7.0 now my 'health' meter is yellow, and my speeds suck.
so far ive made sure that ICF is off, made sure my firewall (norton 2003) was not interfering, and changed ports in azureus to port 21, thinking that if any ports are going to be open, it would be 80 and 21 (i didnt pick 80 for obvious reasons)
please help me... im within 50 MB of getting a 3.2GB file, but at this rate, it will take all night or more :(
<sarcasm>
wow... sure am glad i can depend on you guys for answers...
</sarcasm>
anyway, the problem seems to have worked itself out, and i now get a clean bill of health (so to speak). and im lucky too, because i finished it this morning, then jest now when i got home from school, i started up azureus to seed the file, and the tracker is down. :/
edit: as i was making this post, i finally connected to the tracker. :)
When you updated windows, was the internet connection firewall switched on?
I'm not really malicious. I'm a nice guy.
If you are even slightly concerned about your BT speeds, please check this thread.
