Is your car stereo able to play those formats? Mine doesn't! I know you can buy those kind of car stereos, but is that what you have? Some older stereos won't even play cdr's. Try burning an audio cd instead.

If you tried it in mp3 and wav then you tried it the only two ways a normal cd player might possibly play them. Your cars player is either to old or the manufacturer cheapened out by installing players that don't support CDR/CDRW. I'll bet it's probably to old though. An alternative is if you have a portable player that can play CDRs you can hook it up to your car radio using an FM transmitter. You can get one at Radio Shack or online, it's called Irock. It works well enough, but if you have the money I would invest in a new car stereo so all the wires and junk are not taking up the passenger seat.a I hope this helps.

Try using something like MusicMatch to burn ur CD's. There are many types of burning software though. MusicMatch works great for music, since thats all it's for. I have used nero for music as well. Just ask what other people use. See what works for them.

convert mp3>wav with cdex then burn with with nero. The best all-in-one is burnatonce. Saves a lot of time and does a very good job (quality) but my opinion also is that your car stereo doesn't play cdr.
