    exit xmule, enter amule

[this also posted in ed2k forum]
some things have happened to the main xMule developer, and he is no longer supporting xmule. He even recommends that we switch over to aMule.
    more info at http://www.xmule.org

I've been using aMule for a while, its decent and development seems active. The address is at http://amule.sourceforge.net

To the news mods - pls make a note on that on the linux section of the front page. Thanks

umm, it runs under linux? emule may run under wine (not sure), but a native client is always preferable.

There are no advantages per se, what they do is backport stuff from emule. This is of interest mainly to linux users ;-)

Read the story on the page, and read the comments. Basically he took a girl that was 16, away from her home where she was being tortured and probably hated it. Although its kinda wierd, I guess it makes sense
