Anyone who uses BT should DEFINATELY check this program out. The latest release add a ton of new functionality, just to name a few:
Intelligent Tracker Checking: optimizes tracker re-ask interval for quicker download speed ramp up
Multi-Trackers torrents can now be created/edited
New 'Activity' view (download and upload speed graphics)
Super-Seed Mode
End-Game Mode: Completes the last few pieces of a download faster
Attempts to download the very beginning of a file first - to support previewing
Not to mention support for over 15 languages.
And a ton more to go along with an awesome GUI: check it out at their homepage
Cool. Previewing is definately something that BT could do with. I've always asumed that it was impossible, but a small price.
I don't see how it can be good for the network if there is more demand on some pieces than others.
End-game mode also sounds good. It's rare but annoying when I am sitting waiting for the last feew pieces.
"activity view" isn't an add on to those annoying charts everywhere that show you the bits you do and don't have? One way to find out....
I'm not really malicious. I'm a nice guy.

It is a very nice program, I can see why so many people like it.
Positives:
The using the same port to download more than one file may mean that I can download more simultaniously than I can with ABC, a limit that i rarely reach, but even so. Useful for LANs with lots of BT users.
Choosing files from the torrent is a very powerful tool.
Seeding by seed:leecher ratio is good, although would mean that i take more than i give. I perfer ABCs u/d ratio, although it would be good if you could override it depending on number of seeds.
Clean interface
Negatives:
Far too many options and views, they are all a good idea in principle, but not actually useful.
No option to remove torrent and file once download is completed. Wont bother many people, but it is useful to me.
It is very simular to ABC, so I will let windows decide. Next time i load a torrent I will see which client it is loaded with. For some reason I hope ABC, but that may be the fan-boy thing still wearing off. I think it is the simplicity.

Actually go to the 'My Torrents' window and right-click on the torrent and there is an option to remove the torrent file, the data, or both.Originally Posted by Malicious Intent
Yea..I was fiddling around with it and kind of found it frustrating that I was not able to remove the file after a couple hours of seeding it..but I found out how to get it done
You simply stop the file, and later you will see the remove button appear once the file has been stopped
yep exactly, kind of a weird setup but I guess its a double check to make sure you dont delete it by accident.
