Could downloading a song make My Music invisible to Roxio?

Is there something in some of the songs now, that could allow a downloaded song to cause My Music to become invisble to Roxio?

Then give me some ideas. We have recently added a new hard drive. Roxio worked fine after that. We switched from MSN to SBC last week. We also downloaded the software for Real One and it came bundled with AOL software. That has been deleted now. Everything else will come up with Roxio except My Music. My Music works fine from the desktop. We just can't copy any of it. What else could it be? If I uninstall Roxio and reinstall it, will the files that we saved with Roxio still work?

I'd put the songs in another folder then uninstall and reinstall. That way you won't lose anything. peace

definitely ROXIO makes a shady product(never worked for me niether) that only finds fames and love within users who do not know what they are doing with cpu's to begin with. As others have suggested Nero Burning Rom will cure all of you're pains, Also now nero 6 includes support for dvd authoring.

Yep i converted over to the new Nero 6 Ultra Edition and I will NEVER got back to Roxio.

Easy CD Creator may be somewhat easier for the basic user, but Nero has SOOOO many more features (DVD burning, CD ripping, Recording, Format Conversions, and a ton more). I definately would suggest it.
