    emoogle

http://www.emoogle.com/ is an edonkey search engine. it's not the best, but I'd say it's the most userfriendly, cause they are obviously stealing from google, and I'd say better a good copy than a bad original. just wanted to let you know about it, cause the zp search hasn't returned any results about emoogle. actually it's funny how search engines are inspired by google. xdcc search engines are also stealing from google:

    http://www.xgoogle.org/

is there maybe also a google-tella.com ? lol

Well I guess if I spoke German, which I dont, then emoogle would be ok. I searched for a well known movie series/game series where you fight with futuristic "Powers" and "light sticks". All I got was the German movie version and German games. I'm American.

Anyway, xgoogle is alright, though I still prefer ircspy.com myself

But to each his OR HER own.

    Merry non-denominational holiday. (Merry Christmas)

oh... I thought it might be a moogle like my avatar... but, alas, no.
"There's a passage I got memorized. Ezekiel 25:17... I been sayin' that shit for years. And if you ever heard it, it meant your ass. I never really questioned what it meant. I thought it was just a cold-blooded thing to say to a motherfucker before you popped a cap in his ass. But I saw some shit this mornin' made me think twice… The truth is you're the weak. And I'm the tyranny of evil men. But I'm tryin', Ringo. I'm tryin' real hard to be a shepherd."

Thanks for the info, good to see a new ed2k search engine-finally!. It's a new search engine cut it a break. Jigle has been around for a long time it is host by the famous SR(sharereactor) it is a great engine to use but when SR is slowed down and I mean slow(because of popularity of course!) it REALLY slows down jigle with it. So possibly hosting it somewhere else would make it usuable and fast (most) hours of the day instead of (some). This new engine has a earie resemblence to the google web search engine could it be!?!?!

Everyone seems to be imitating the google search engine these days. We even have a bittorrent search engine called toogle!

Anyway, emoogle doesn't seem to work for me (mozilla displays a status message saying "The document contains no data"). I think I will stick with jigle (the best ed2k search engine by far) for my ed2k searches.

Yeah - Jigle is a very slim, accurate and up-to-the-minute search solution and I personally wreckon it's the best - I luv slim, can't stand bloated ! With Jigle, you can even download the actual server list that they use for their searches, and chuck it into say eMulePlus . .
    http://www.jigle.com/server.met

BUT this new site is kinda cool and they have put a fair bit of work into the sucka. Sadly though, I ain't got time for college German lessons - NINE ! SHNELL ! (whatever those two words mean !)

I like the take on Google, they've actually implemented it pretty well, it's kinda quirky - if maybe a little tongue in cheek !

At least they're making an effort for the greater good, just a shame that these search engines (hopefully) will become redundant with kademlia implementation on eMule - I feel they may have missed the boat a bit with this.
