    Clean Blubster XP Problem

I have used Clean Blubster 2.5 without problems on WIN 2000 but can't get it to run on XP. I have turned off XP's internal firewall and activated port forwarding for ports 10240 to 20480. When I try to start Blubster I get an Microsoft error pop up that says

"MP2P servent main executable has encouterewd a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience"

Can't find any answers on the web. Anyone have a clue what to do to resolve this?

Unistall clean and install regular blubster 2.50, regular blubster installs a missing file for xp. once you have this file in your system then you can unistall regular and then install clean version.

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling?

The installing regular Blubster should be kind of a last resort since it has adware. Unless you don't mind adware and will get rid of it with Spybot or Ad-aware.

Yep, that cured the problem. Thanks to you both for your speedy replies. Clean Blubster works great now.

Unbelievable how much Cydoor spyware Blubster puts on your PC. Truely evil. I would not mind ads if they took the spyware off. maybe they will learn. Thank goodness for Dr. Damn.
