wireless networking in general is still in it's infancy, it is truely hard to judge at this point in time. just let it grow and it wont fail to impress(eventually that is).

I use the second one 54Mbps 2.4 GHz. Its pretty cool. I tried the USB type and didn't care for it. I switched and used D-Link Not Bad it had the faster speed The first one was(USB) slower. I am happy with the 54MBPSOriginally Posted by g-smooth2k

Yes, wireless networking is great if your at college with a bunch of people your age (the digital age) Myself, just I and my laptop, along with my cousin and dad are on our network, and they dont have anything to share, plus faster networking doesnt make a difference, because its faster than our DSL download speed, so it works at max for the net.
