After seeing many hundreds of articles on digital piracy, here is what i have to say about it all:

The riaa is going after little fish in the sea, when the big fish that share thousands of files are being let free. The riaa is using money that even I could have used to get a better education and eventually a better job. Think about it: first they get the funding used for eduaction of children and young adults around the country, then they sue the shit out of the young adults and children, making it harder to get educations in the first place, then they discredit and alienate teens, children and young adults saying that they need to be educated and groomed to follow the law. here is what i have to say to the riaa about that:
MAYBE IF YOU DID NOT SPEND ALL THE MONEY USED FOR OUR EDUATION ON ROBBING US OF MORE MONEY WE COULD HAVE USED ON EDUCATION IN THE FIRST PLACE YOU WOULD NOT HAVE SUCH A PROBLEM.

whats even funnier is that now that the riaa is bringing light to this matter, MORE PEOPLE WILL BE DRAWN TO GET THEIR SHARE OF DIGITAL MEDIA FOR FREE!!!!! Laugh your a$$ off, i am just getting started!

The little 15 year old girl they sued for her 1100 files is just a drop in the bucket compared to the plans they have for us the file sharers. BUT, whats great is that after they get rid of the bigger fish, more and worse fish will already be in the sea and ready to feed off of the stupid, icompetance of the riaa, like for instance, they do not realize that the more detail they get into about how they busted people for digital piracy, and the like, THE MORE WE WILL LEARN ON HOW TO EVADE THEM BETTER!!!!!

Take for instance iTunes, i recently heard of some guy in europe that created a program that will convert the supposedly "uncopyable/uncorruptable" files into a more usable format!

It seems this wave will never end...

I will close with this little message to the riaa:
YOU MAY CATCH THOUSANDS OF US, BUT YOU WILL NOT CATCH US ALL!

Perhaps i would not like to go to jail for harrassment krell....idiot. the riaa will take advantage of ANY opportunity to screw ppl up the a$$.

The RIAA isn't out to kill anyone or anything, all the they are concerned with is their own bottom line.

The RIAA just thinks their assault on P2P is legal. The courts will hopefully say otherwise.

Either way, the RIAA is a lobbying group representing a business and therefore they need customers to stay that way. What labels should do is fire the RIAA because

bad PR = unhappy customers = no customers.

next time do a search for this topic on hating the riaa. there are many of them on this site.
and you should not call anyone an idiot, because krell seems to be more knowledgable on alot of topics then you.
had you been smart, you would of thought of searching for other posts relating to this huh?

Yeah it is a weak post only cuz we heard it all before, but hardly any worse than what regs and everyone else posts here.

Face it, lot's of lame posts are on ZP.

Long time ZP members are bored with stuff like that, but everyone isn't a long time ZP member and if other people can post crap and get off on it, leave the newbies alone. Ignore what you don't like and keep your rudeness to yourself and I'll do my best as well.

krell just because you practically live here ( 4,055 posts ) and read every single post it doesn't mean we should stop posting stuff like that, it is you who should stop reading it.

Ahhh Another bleeding heart that thinks that the masses should suffer the rights of the few. Isus doesnt need to watch for stray bullets, because what's the point in returning fire for comments that carries no weight to begin with?

This is such an obvious subject, that it boggles my mind as to how it could be questionable or relavent to post these authoritative-save-the-world- rants to begin with. Rather than continue the debate over whether Sph!nX should or shouldn't be posting here, I would like to point out a couple of good points he was trying to make. First, it does seem like the more the RIAA tells about their methods of finding file sharers the easier it is to evade them. Second, in his words ,"It seems this wave will never end." I've believed that since i saw the huge number of options that were available when original Napster was shut down. Filesharing is not going away for a very long time. If the recording industry shuts down one service five more will emerge in it's place.

Krell you have valid points, I cannot totally disagree with you. But you participate in as much nonsense as anyone else, but apparently cannot suffer some peoples nonsense. I find that terribly odd and wonder why you cannot see that.

Much of what seems to piss you off is not any worse than your sense of humor or commentary that you provide. I cannot stop you from being who you are but I can say that other people have a right to be themselves here and your wrong to be so rude to them.
If they break the rules that is another story.

I honestly also get frustrated at the nonsense but apparently we both get pissed off at different and odd angles from each other, as we have very different points of view.

But simply put, can you ignore the simpletons and carry on in some other way?
