Has anyone tried these speakers on their computer? I see alot of great reviews but also see some stuff on hissing..I'm not real sure?
How has everyones luck been with SoundBlaster Live! cards and 5.1 surround sound?
Erik
Outstanding sound! By far the best. Unfortunatly the 5.1 are extremly prone to blowing out. By blowing out I mean either stop working or the music becomes very soft with a hissing noise that is almost as loud as the music. Turning up the volume turns up hissing noise but not the music. PR says they fixed the problem but who knows. If you decide to purchase these speakers "DO NOT PURCHASE OVER THE WEB" get an instore warranty that allows you to bring them back to the store. Klipsch does warranty their work but you must ship them which means your stuck with 2.1 factory sound for at least 30 days. Which really sucks once you've had the best.
But if your willing chance it let me tell you "There is no better sound quality period."
