Why isn't my account working?

My username that I really like to use is N[E]rD. However, I cannot post anymore with that username. Why? Evertime I go to post it says that I cannot post cause my name may be blocked. Why? I know I couldn't have said anything that offensive, considering my computers HD hasn't been working as of late. So if I could get an answer that would rock.

Its awaiting e-mail confirmation at the email you entered when you registered your name. The confimation email may have been blocked by your spam filters. So log into that account and change your email to one that you will know for sure that you will get the email or check your email and make sure you activated your account.
