Klite (k++) blocks internet and is slooooow
I have a blazing internet connection 10mb up / down. I think it is LAN but am not sure. It's a whole local community that are pooling their ressources (80.000 people(!!!!). This way I get cheap and FAST internet, AND giving the finger to other ISP's. However I think somone at the office is working against me.
My internet works fine. Download speed from e.g. download.com, is often 500KB or more.
I started using k++ and everything was fine at first. Downloaded 750MB in 20 minutes, AND used the internet.
Now ALL downloads are going in at 2kb, ang Kazaa seems to block my internet. WHATS GOING ON????
HOW CAN I AMELIORATE THE SITUATION?

Talk about your proxy settings. If you are using explorer you will find them on the Tools menu, Internet Options, Connections, probably Lan settings but talk about what all you find there.
If you and 80, 000 other people are going through some bank of servers somewhere things may well slow down. If someone there is limiting your bandwidth that's also a problem.
But it still doesn't seem like exactly the problem you are describing.
