Tagging
Hey, i've recently been doing some hand tagging for Album, Year... all the extended info. It'd be great if I didn't have to do this by hand. Anyone know of a freeware or "free" proggie that could just automatically get this info from the cddb database or something? PM me a source if it isn't legal for any reason. Thanks much. A general shove in the right direction would be more than I could ask for.

There is actually quite a bit of freeware apps that do what you want. But I been using foobar lately. It has a masstagger option that will retrieve album info and tag your files from freedb.org.
I am sure others will mention other apps, but foobar actually does so much, it's handy to use.
