ok i just burned an mp3 cd and it is running great on my aiwa jax-s5 and i was just wondering, when you burn an mp3 cd, how do you seperate the albums? do you just put the songs for each album in a different folder?

Depends on your player. Some players can only read a certain amount of folders, I think my walkman style mp3 cd player supports up to 8 folders, and my car supports up to 88 or something.
Or is that 8 folders deep? I know there is a limit to how many folders, just not sure what it is. The manual should be able to tell you.

and it said in the manual that the number of tracks and albums combined cannot exceed 510
