    missing file

I tried to open a picture and got this message.

    Windows cannot find .exe.
This program is needed for opening files of type
    "Windows BMP Image"

    What is that all about??

You're missing a .exe file. That means windows can't open .bmp files (which is an image file).
I'm not really malicious. I'm a nice guy.

right click on the file and press "open with...". Choose the program you like and select "always open with this program"

You probably installed a photo program and set it as default and then uninstalled it. Didn't you?

Sort of. It was a picture downloading prog. I don't think it was default. Is there any way to replace the missing file?
