    Riaa Is Distributing Illegal Music

    she may have stole the music but RIAA distributed illegal copies of it...

    can someone say class action- us vs them?

    This has next to nothing to do with the RIAA. The RIAA didn't distribute it, the record label did. And the record company is not libable for the content, therefore bouces right to Destiny's Child.
    This lawsuit depends totally on how similar the two songs are.
