This worries me though..I have comcast..comcast is the leader in supenos woooooweee good thing I stayed away from kazaa lite and found my 2 new homes the Mule and Blubster-lite :)

:gj On a side note arent the RIAA's tactics getting old this is a non effective costly way that doesnt make the mass population quit doing what they please with P2P "information is meant to be FREE, So be it!"

Maybe it just means that to engage in P2P is to take an implied risk of getting sued.
I've been sued a few times for various things. Civil court sucks.I've done it with and without a lawyer. Usually I didn't get exactly what I wanted. A couple of times I've gotten screwed pretty bad!
Since I 'm not willing to take the risk (and I'm not willing to be a leach) I've just stopped for awhile. Sitting back and waiting until the chatter dies down and we can go back to exercising our rights in peace.

yeah i feel you i mean AOL has 3 times the users as comcast since broadband availability isn't that farspread as it seems, however 400-7 subpoenas seems farfetched. Even if u include timewarner, comcast with it's average number of users should have fart lesss subpoenas than aol.

I agree FutureIverson only 7 for aol hmmm. That's a little strange. 'specialy when you have to consider aol and time warner are part of the same company.

most people on Dial up dont share that much, if they do, their is very little downloading going on due to speeds.. more likely on kazaa their sharing part of the file.. Even when i had 56k, i limit my upload to 1 file at a time. Now with broadband, 4-7 files depending on if im downloading.

The reason why AOL's not on the top of the list is because most users on AOL still use dial-up.

    Dial-up sucks when doing song-swapping.

is being dial-up really a factor in these cases???
just seems like there is more to it, when concerning AOL.
    makes u think, eh?

Could be some ammusing court cases.

Perhaps I should get a seperate aol account for downloading....
Nah, I REALLY don't want anything AOL on my computer.
I'll survive with 15 from my ISP (Earthlink). Some really um... "special" names up there... Where do people come up with these things? Hmm, as if I have any right to talk about odd screennames

/me has one of the oddest nicks ever....
    How's about them apples?
