I think this can help a little.

I believe this IE patch is only for dial-up users, although it certainly can't hurt. I think its a modem dialer as porn sites have, and its ActiveX without a certificate, so it wont ask yes or no to install it, it will just go right ahead with its business <---- thats what I got the jist of from TSS on TechTV.
