win2k3 problem

yah i just installed win2k3 server datacenter, i have XP on my other drive. For some reason i cant setup a new connection for my dsl on the win2k3. I have sbc dsl i tried setting up a ppoe or whateva it is called and when i try to connect it says error 739 cannont find destination. If anyone could help me it would be greatly appreciated.

Did you make sure that the IP info is the same as the one on the XP drive? I don't know much sbc, but if they assign you a static ip address it has to be the exact same. also, if you just installed, make sure that win2k3 detected the network card in your machine. It may not have found a good Driver (i had that proble on a laptop).
