Hi all!! can anyone tell me if there is a program (preferably free) that i can use to join mp3 tracks together. I want to join a number of tracks into one, for example i have dowloaded all the tracks from an album individually and wanna create the album as one file. Help appreciated Bradz

why would you want to do that?? If you put it on disc it be one really long file. Dont want to put it in the same folder to keep them together?? OR zip the album up?
you really are taking the long way round! Suggest you name the trackers with 01, 02 etc, then create a playlist using media tagger (http://www.mediatagger.zde.cz/) and then just click the playlist file when you wanna play the album. Either that or drop and drag the files into winamp playlist, but if you have a lot of albums this wouldnt be nice to do.
http://www.infamus.com/albumwrap/ is the most common way I've seen. If you want to convert it back, you just download the extractor

Could you not just make playlists of the albums? I don't think there can be many madia players without playlist options.

Use AlbumWrap, it is simple, fast and easy. I use it on all the mp3 CD's I burn to CD. If U want the indiv. files back, just use the extractor.
