"RIAA mafia" shall lose the war against us... The "sharing comunity"!!!
Before I begin, please be aware, that I may reapeat myself sometimes, because I'm quoting my own posts from couple different forums. Think of it as the summary of my ongoing efforts to achieve our common goal.
Why are they gonna lose the war against "file sharing comunity"? He he he... You know what? The answer is very simple...
They WILL lose this war against us, because they have DONE PISS ME OFF!!! ...he he he...
Times do change, sometimes even for the better, but some things never change and organizations like "RIAA & etc", still works only for the RICH.
Damn RIAA and the rest of them as such, with their greedy pockets. They are fighting P2P sharing, like now sudenly people in the entertaiment industry are starving to death. It's not like they are losing money, they just make less now, and in my oppinion, they still make WAAAY too much. It's about the time for the "STARS" to come back down to the earth, become a regular human beeings again, and do some work for a change for their money, by concerting and doing other stuff like that, not writing one hit song, filling the rest of the CD with some junk, and just sit on their damn asses waiting for the millions to come. What they aren't human? Are they some kind of suprieme beeings, that have to be treated differently then the rest of the world? The world did let them, not all but many of them, become those "I'm-a-star-and-I-do-what-I-want-and-the-rules-don't-apply-to-me" type of people. Yes, it used to be like that, because we let them, only when we've created this "Rich rock star" image, there wasn't even internet. Like I said, times change, so that image should change too. Now internet exists and it's not gonna go away, so let's move forward, instead living in the past . The only thing that I can see that eventually may start loosing money,are the record labels. And guess what... again, Times change, record labels may become obsolete, but not all of them, there will always be a need for those, so few of them will remain. Why keep them all if there is no need for so many of them, it's not like they give hundred thousands of jobs to people. So why support someting what has become obsolete? It reminds me of the Airlines "live support" fiasko. I say "pull the plug" and let them die naturally.
You know what I'm thinking about the lawsuits against the public? You see durning the trial, there still is a jury. A jury made of regular people like us, and most of people are in favor, and support sharing community right? So who will convict anyone? Who will send a guy for 5 years to prison with a clear concience, when some murderers, rapists and child molelsters are getting less then that.
Hmmm... you see, the entertainment industry has organizations like RIAA fighting for them. Do we have somebody that fights for us, or we are only deffending ourselves when atacked.
Is RIAA right for trying to use "dirty tricks" like hire Hackers to break into user private PCs? They would be, but only if sharing files, would be considered immoral and plain wrong, but it's not (at least public seems to dissagree).
Let me first try to clarify, just what exactly I'm trying to do here, so let me enlighten ya...
All I'm trying to do is to make my handle Raf111 to become well known, recognized, and which you will be familiar with in general, so you will know, that you can trust me, and that Raf111 connot be bought and will never "sell out". Think about it as sort of "quality medal"... (eventually, I may have to find a way to ensure, that nobody will try to pose as me, and try to take an advantage of somone, but I don't have to worry about it yet, I'll take care of it at some later time as I go on "unfolding", step after step, little by little, piece by piece, the rest of my plan.)
People, you have to understand that the "RIAA @ gang" is just simply full of shit!
So just remember... (and this is very important) I'd like to reffer you to one of my posts entitled "People. Don't let yourself be fooled...!!! Don't run away!" (forum hosting my post, seems to be temporarilly down, but be sure to go there and read it, once it's back on up. Eventualy I may edit it.)
So you probably wonder, just who exactly am I?
If someone thinks, something like... "just who the fuck this Raf111 guy thinks he is...", or... "This asshole has something up in his sleeve, he just wants to become some fucking hero, and then he wants to get rich and split".
So let me assure you, that money isn't an issue here...
Money... I've got money already...
so let's take the "money issue" out of the picture...
Then someone may say... "...not about money? ... then this guy is just looking for glory and he's trying to make himself a public person"
And you know what I have to say to those people...
This isn't a popularity contest, and I'm not some lonelly fuck, that is trying to make new friends.
I've got friends... but I'm not looking for new enemies neither. I'm just a guy, that at the age of 28 has achieved a lot of personal gains and stuff, and is just simply bored out of his mind. Not many things make me happy anymore... well... then there's always "chasing the panties" thing, to keep me happy :D
...and then again... one thing you have to remember... and this is important <he he he...>...

I have organized my life in such a way, that All I do , is I make a phone call to one person, to do one thing for me, then I call another one, to do something else... and guess what... I don't do shit... but people around me are doing pretty good too, so they can't complain either.
I'm not a saint. I'm just another asshole :D. I just have never been a "follower"... I'm a "free spirit" (i'm not even married), and I do what I want. I refused to obey laws made by people with "power", but I use a "moral code" as my guide instead.
I'm just not a "follower", but I don't consider myself to be a "Leader" either. I'm just someone, that knows how to organize people to work together, that's what I've been doing all my life, organizing, so just let me do, what I'm actually pretty good at...
So don't expect too much from me... My life is just perfect and I love it as it is right now, and I don't want to change it, and become some kind of "public servant person". That is why I preffer to remain annonymus, so please don't be an assholes and try to find out of my true Identity.

You, see... There is only one obstacle in my plan...
The obstacle I speak of, is peoples ignorance, and lack of trust in general...
Now this is the only thing, that can prevent me from achiving my gole... A gole that you people seem to have forgotten about... it is called "Freedom and Liberty for all..."
You may think, that I'm full of shit... sure, why not... I'd think like that myself... so no, you don't have to trust me... You can just sit back and watch as the file sharing community is being destroyed by the "RIAA mob".
But remember one thing... (and this is important)...
You need to be patient, but you have to understand, that for my plan to work, the timing is crucial!
"RIAA gangsters" are getting more and more aggressive everyday, so if I will not be able to gain people trust in me in time, then the "Rich dictators", WILL screw up any chance we have for my plan to work, by breaking us down into little pieces...
Please... you have to realize of how much "Power" the internet has given us... It's the power to comunicate. And comunication my friends, IS THE KEY!!!
So please, whether you belive me or not, try to help me out, by simply "spreading the word around"! That's all I ask of ya. Do what you do best... JUST TALK ABOUT ME ANYWHERE YOU CAN.
FUCK... for once in your entire lives, stop being such a narrow minded creatures, have a little faith AND TRUST ME!, because if I'm not gonna gain your trust, and my handle Raf111 will not become well known in time, then I will fail to succeed.
So if I'll fail, and I'm sorry to say that..., but we will not get a SECOND CHANCE!!!

You have to remember, that not everyone yet is even aware of the "file sharing programs", so our "file swapping community" is still reasonably small. This is why entartainment industry is still selling DVD's and CD's. Group of people who still buys those products, is made of those, that do not even own a computer yet, of those who don't have any computer skills & knowledge, and ironically, of those who can't afford to buy a computer. Also, people from "older generation" aren't as smart and quick with the computers, as the youngsters... shit... a 12 years old, will do a better job managing files on the computer, then someone that is 50 y/o, and you know it. I think, that this is part of the problem too... older folkes, are having troubles with letting "old ways" go loose... and I'm sorry, but those kids are the ones, that will rule the world... so let it go, and get used to it, because that is how the nature works!Originally posted by Pirata

Now, people seem to be afraid, that "free stuff" will kill the cultural development. Affraid of, that if developing a software, or music, or whatever it may be, won't be bringing any money, people will loose motivation for development and progress of new products... It takes time and effort to create it, but none of the developers, is selling it... The software is free... Sure, they may ask for donations and stuff, but it's not the most important thing to them, so they ask for money, because they still need to function somehow, in the "old system". So what motivates them then? In my opinion, it's a need to better ourselves, a need to express some hidden emotions, a need to bring joy and laugh to kiddies. I don't believe in the "Bad Genes" theory. I believe that people in nature are good at heart. I believe, that a human is not being born an asshole from the start, but he is beeing born with a "Blank mind", and it depends on the surroundings what kind of a person he/she will become...
Fuck... think about it... Even if Bin Ladin himself would have been raised in i.e. USA, and not around people with hostile mentality, do you think he would have gone and do all those terrible things?... Hell no!... He could be your best buddy... Who the fuck knows?

Actaully a website is private property so 'freedom of speech' takes backseat to rights of the owner manage his property. In other words, if mods think your trouble the first amendment won't save from the boot since you are protesting on private property.

I speak of certain methods being used by the "people in control", against the the public in order to control them. Most of those methods, is using "Mind Tricks" to manipulate public opinion, and let me explain how one of them works...
