I have recently set up me a user account on my computer and i was wondering how or can I transfer files from one user to another.

you can also use shared folders as a universal dumping ground
ok, yea you are going to have to use a shared folder for a middle man because your user does not have access to the other users stuff. Make a folder in the root called outgoing and share it to everyone, then drop all the files, settings etc into that, then switch users and take those files and put them where you want them.
Obviously a windows user, otherwise he'd know how to transfer files usually, or if he was using linux he'd be reading up on it himself.
Ok now i have another problem...My shutdown, restart, and log off buttons will not work. It wont do anything when I press them
