    Remember C-Net Catchup service?

I used to love and rely on the services formally at catchup.cnet.com. Does anyone know of anything similar to that service. For those of you that don't know what that was, it would scan your pc's software and submit your software versions to cnet. It would then return a results page of current updates and links to update your software. It was an all-in-one stop "shop". :mellow

Oil Change used to be the same thing as you describe but It look slike that has gone the way of Catch up. It was started by Cyber Media then it was sold to Symatec/McAfee and now I can't find a reference to it anywhere there. Search engine still have cached pages but it's gone!
