Grab Hi-Net Recorder.
edit- It works well with WMP.
I personally use Net Transport (http://lycos26486.l78.lycos.com.cn/), basically downloads anything you throw at it (Windows Media, Realmedia, Quicktime etc. etc.), still haven't found anything it can't do yet ^_^.

Peerguardian
And anything else which works behind my proxy ^_^
