Okay I have like 2 or 3 videos downloaded. I want to play them which is fine. I load them in a lot of players, Windows Media, DivX, and any other programs. But I cannot go forward on them. Like if I want to watch the whole video I have to start from the beginning and can't skip around.
Do you know any programs that have a lot of video support that you think will let me go forward? It says it's a .MPEG format, but still cannot go forward any program I try. I even tried that avi preview thing that comes with KazaA lite and that didn't work either.
I need a good video program. Any help would be greatful, thanks a lot!

Is there a codec pack or something I can download. Something for .mpeg files that will play better in Windows Media?
Maybe this thread will help you out.

The problem is that whoever encoded it set the keyframe interval massively far apart. The only thing you can do is reencode in virtualdub, you might lose a little bit of quality. The choice is yours.
