Surround sound

Is it possible to make a backup copy of a DVD with 5.1 Surround sound.

Any help is appreciated

Check the DVDs with 5.1 or Dolby Digital Surround Sound that came with it, you'll be able to back it up with it.

Sorry I should of said how do I back up a DVD and keep 5.1 Surround Sound.

The audio streams are embedded in those vob files, when you back up those vob files, it is automatically done with it.

i use dvd copy xpress it backs up the whole film and sound with 2 clicks of the mouse :gj
