Maybe the Chicoms pay off the RIAA. Think about it. The RIAA doesn't fight China's censorship, which leads to entertainment piracy as people can't legally acquire what they want, which would hurt the RIAA, which would mean that the Chicoms would need money to shut them up.

Don't Blame the GOP. Orrin Hatch is middle-of-the-road and not very right-wing, and the other guy has probably been bribed.
