    Kazaa & Kazaa Lite: says i uninstalled a vital part of Program. i didnt do anything!

    i was able to use kazaa when i first got my computer. then one day it said i unstalled a critical part and to reinstall. i did it prolly 3 times and erased it. then recently i tried downloadng kazaa lite, and i got the same thing.

    wat do i need to do?

    You should do a "Clean" install, first use KazaaBeGone or uninstall & clean your registry yourself then install Kazaa Lite!

    Refer to this thread on how to perform a "clean" install. But yes, if you are getting errors like that, be sure to get the latest Kazaa Lite 2.4.0 from http://www.k-lite.tk/

    Yep, clean install should fix it

    Btw, that error is usually reffering to "spyware" or "adware" in kazaa, specificly the cydoor dll (I think CD_client.dll). If you ran adaware or spybot, then thats what most likely caused the error message.
