Thumbs down Blocking Zeropaid T-Shirt Ad

First off I just want to say hi to all the members here. I've been coming to this site for a month but just joined the other day, and have to say it's been entertaining. I hate to start my first post with a gripe about this site but this problem has been steadily decreasing my tolerance to the point where something's got to give :shoot . The problem is with that zero-paid t-shirt pop-up. I wouldn't mind so much if it appeared just once when I log on. But every single time I open a new window? Am I being unreasonable? I can't even block it with the ad-blocking feature on Zone Alarm Pro.
Anyway I welcome any response to help me solve this problem, (flames included, as I know us noobs don't command too much respect here). thanx and peace out.

slimbrowser has a built in ad blocker or you can use Free Surfer, it's a free ad-blocking app, I would post links, but I'm lazy right now, just look 'em up in google, your sure to find it there, they work great, almost too good sometimes

You can immediately hit F5, or use Smasher, pop up stopper.

F5 worked but as soon as I take my finger off the key guess what happened :shy . I'll check out some of those ad blockers, maybe I'll have better results. Thanks.
