What a moron. Speeding on the highway kills people. With P2P you have a really small chance of being sued, and being sued has more to do with the RIAA anti-luddites fear of technology then a legitamate legal/moral violation. Heck, I'm in the tech field and they're outsourcing all our jobs to India. You don't see me bitching and crying to congress, I do it the American way, I SACK IT UP and beat other countries by doing things faster, better and sexier.
