    Old Computer

I have a question to ask. My old computer may have an old account of Kazaa on it. It is not turned on and is in the attic. Will the files still on there be seen by the RIAA when they scan the network? Thanks.

No. Like you say its not turned on or connected to the internet and isnt connected to kazaa or any other p2p program so you have nothing to worry about.

Yes, the CIA is has satellites that send magnetic beams down from space that are able to read the data off of every hard drive in the country! Your data is not safe because big brother is watching from space reading your hard drive and your mind! Supremebeing is right, burn that hard drive, its the only way to keep them from prying in to it.

Nah. Your computer has to be on for the RIAA to see your data.
You have to be connected to the internet and you have to have youe file sharing on, and your shared folder enabled for browsing.

I'm sorry but I find this so funny. As I will say the same thing as others, nothing to worry about as it is turned off. LoL you made my day with this post...

    LMAO @ CCSDUDE

This poster really only needed one good answer, and Sephiroth provided it. Everyone else who chimed in with something similar or just to call him a "n00b" really only made themselves look stupid. :)
