Software to lock/hide/password protect drives

I'm looking for free software that will lock, hide and password protect my drives.

I'm using Win9x.

Drivecrypt. http://www.drivecrypt.com/. But only on the fact that the creator used to make E4M, and that was relatively well-known and secure.

Right now, drivecrypt is looking fishier than it used to. But I'd put it above most other products.

Or, PGPdisk. PGP is king, and I dont know why you can't deal with that.

Actually I have decided on PGP afterall.
