Downloading music from the net is no different that recording the music off of the radio, especially now with Sirius and XM radio for only $10 to $15 a month. I can record this directly to my PC for the songs that I want, of course I may have to wait for the songs to come on, but it is possible to do so, And I hear no mention of this being piracy.

I think, the industry is trying to recoup the costs of the suit filed against them for price gouging....
