Anyone out there interested in beta testing a Clean Blubster 2.50? If you are, go here and send me a note.

Please don't bother with a Hotmail or Yahoo Mail address, I won't be able to send the file to you.

Nope. Piolet is based on the same code, but the two apps are distributed by different companies. Both Blubster and Piolet run on the MP2P network that I've heard RockItNet will be running on as well.

Well I know Bluster was still around. I just thought most people moved to Piolet. Do you think you will come out with a clean piolet to get rid of the pop-ups, and to get that banner out?

Well yeah I will try this Clean Blubster out, and if it's better then Piolet, hey I will use Blubster again. Mine as wekk as long as the two connect to each other anyways.

Dr Damn. I sent you a message and would love to test a clean Blubster. I had used it and lover it previously until earlier this year when I had it wiped from my computer after reformatting and then I couldn't find any links to download the program any longer. I had Piolet for some time but never liked it as much as Blubster and am suspicious both of the ad ware that comes with it and the fact I am being scanned every time I log on according to my firewall.

Dr Damn, how about a clean Earth Station 5? I think a lot more people would use it since it's more anonymous and works with firewalls better, but it's bloated and stuff. Anything you could do would help because I'm probably going to end up using it anyways.

You can remove the Spyware with an anti spware program and the program still functions ok.

It's done! Turns out the beta worked fine, so I'm now distributing the same file as the final version. Download from the Bitzi tickets (it's only on Shareaza so far, AFAIK) and start sharing:

I downloaded it from Shareaza. Wow, this is a great program. Downloads start right up and go very fast. I guess that that's because a lot of time and upload bandwidth goes to movies in most P2P programs. I love the fact that it's anonymous of course, and it has pretty good content for how small the user base is (around 250,000 users).

Very Napsteresque. I love the hotlist feature!

Any one used it with router set up yet? I have had problems with the old blubster with my router before.

Since its inception almost 30 years ago, the internet has been transformed from a primitive device for sharing thoughts and ideas, into a massive network where people pay to connect and read advertisements they don't want, while calling each other "asshats".
