Getting Kazaa LIte to stay open
Help! I sucessfullly downloaded and installed Kazaa Lite on my computer. However, when I try to open the program, it will start up but then I get a MS message that "Kazaa Lite has encountered a problem and needs to close." When I send the error report to MS they tell me that Kazaa Lite is the problem and that I should contact them. I just don't know what the problem could be. I am running XP home edition on a Pentium 4 processor. Any help would be appreciated.

worthless dirtball
Dont send reports to MS, that a whole other topic.
Uninstall Kazaa
Go to Start > Prog > Assec > Program Compatability Wizard
Chose W2000 Compatability, then browse to the Kazaa install file, and install it. Reboot.
Try it again, if its still a no go, then its prob a no go.

I looked into your suggestion and only concluded that the program compatability wizard tells you what versions of windows your program is compatible with. Maybe I'm interpreting this wrong but that's what I got out of this. I checked for a virus and nothing there. I'm just at a loss on why the program opens up and then just closes down. Is this maybe an XP issue? Also, I tired installing other p2p programs and they work just fine. I still like Kazaa lite the best though, so I still need help.
