multiple files in a single torrent, how do you know which ones are complete?

i'm downloading a rather large torrent (10.6 gb) which has about fifty files in it, i was just wondering is there any way to tell which ones have already finished downloading,

i need this because it's gonna take a while to download and don't know if it will finish so want to be able to salvage what i can from the files.
    cheers :fire :fire :fire

Good stay with it, . . . of course you know, you have to reseed that file for 3 - 4 days yourself dont you?

Thats right, when you download a file, you stay on and give back, otherwise your a freakin leecher, and not worthy to lick my boots.

Just since torrents have become more popular recently, have I seen the bandwidth and seeds available go down down down . . for everything.

Yes, that's right. My first BT experiences were very good, but now I am close to switch back to eMule...

But iggypop's question is very interesting. I once imagined a client, which tries to complete single files within a torrent instead of loading and loading and not finishing anything. This would be very useful for DSL-people like me (just 100 kb/s D/L).

If the torrent you are downloading has several files contained within it try clicking on the files that are in the folder of the partially downloaded torrent to see if they will play, unzip or whatever they are supposed to do. I know I have downloaded large torrents with seperate video files and have gotten stuck at 90+ percent and some of the files worked properly ans some did not.

Yeah Krell that pisses me off too. Before it was no problem to find seeds but since it's popularity has risen the leechers have really screwed with the overall performance. Now if you don't get a seed within 48hrs of its release, you're screwed.
