One thing I've always liked about Linux and Mac OS's are the icons that magnify when you put your cursor over them. Y'z Dock tries to emulate that, but it's not really the same thing. My question is, is there a program that will allow you to convert an icon such as a shortcut on your desktop to "zoom out" like they do on other OS's? I'm happy enough with WinXP, I just want those kind of icons.
