when people try to download off of me, it says "waiting for incoming connection" and now one can connect to me @ all....
in the past 2 weeks only 1 person was able to download from me which is really bad, because i am sharing over 743 songs.
i want to share the wealth, but it won't let me. please help
fyi.. i am behind a linksys router, and thats all. I am running windows 2003 server edition.

Have you tried opening ports (I forgot what numbers are but they are in winmx's setup) on your router?

Yes Wolfie's right. Log into your router and find out which port Winmx uses, and foward that port in advanced settings.

IF you can't sort out port forwarding in your router; set the winmx perferances to tell it that it can't receive incoming connection with TCP or UDP.
