    finding torrents

Is there a way to search for torrent files with Google or any other way or do I have to go to all these sites that have torrents to find what I am looking for? I am looking for a rare album and i tried 12 sites but nothing.
Is there a torrent search engine or something?

I just started using Bittorent so , yes call me a noob.

    Doesnt URLblaze have spyware?

Ive recently started using bittorrent and find the speed very good.

Finding the file you want is a different matter.

Im currently looking through as many torrent sites as possible so pm me & i'll keep a look out for the album for you.

i downloaded and installed urlblaze but had no results at all. I searched for some tracks but nothing. I thought it was a network problem but I tried madonna and came up with ONE result. I uninstalled it (along with all the spyware that came with it).

sharelive is getting better. You can always post torrent links at peerlounge.com under file hashes.

I tend to feel all those search engines and websites hosting links are gonna be targeted soon and no more easy finding stuff.

Not sure of the legal side of it, but I see many have problems finding hosts etc.

the end of a phase and a new one will begin.

private sharing groups might be the answer.

I agree. The MPAA would soon be on those like RIAA was on Napster (and now on Kazaa)

Since its inception almost 30 years ago, the internet has been transformed from a primitive device for sharing thoughts and ideas, into a massive network where people pay to connect and read advertisements they don't want, while calling each other "asshats".

Hashes are not illegal, but torrents may be in a more grey area.

Hashes are not illegal yet some websites have been closed in the past and then hassled trying to get new hosting.

It's still pressure and hassle on 'em. The trend is on and it will get worse before it get's better if it ever will get better.
