I am having a very annoying problem with Direct Connect, or quite often any file sharing program I care to use. I start to download, and get a good rate (4-5K becuase I am on 56K) Then somebody tries to download something off me. What it ends up as is they get 3K+ and I get 300bytes (No literally!) Dont get me wrong, I am all for sharing my files, but when the download rate drops so much it is a little difficult. Wouldent it be fairer if both the download and the upload both went at 2.5K. Is there any way of fixing this problem? I dont want to be a leecher!
