    Shania

I have been watching a interview with Shania Twain, and I found a few things interesting. When asked about people being able to get music for free, she said now that they can get it for free, you need to put enough good songs on a cd that it is worth buying, and to stop being concerned that the well will run dry. Give the people what they are paying for. Sounds kind of familiar to me.

The betterhalf bought the CD, and it is a 2 cd set 19 songs, done in 2 different versions. I feel it was money well spent, as there are more good songs on this cd than i ever would have imagined. Like she said make people want to buy them, and make them worth buying.

hmm... she has a point there. if the cd is filled with good music, like... not just 4 good songs, and 14 bad ones, i don't mind paying for it... when it goes down to $10 wal-mart bargain bin status.

it takes much less time to rip than it does to search, dl, verify, and tag correctly.

I have been very impressed by the way she spoke, no bitching about the free music, just a straight reply about making good albums. A few more so called artists should take her ideas to heart. That is unless they are scared of running out of good songs. She sure isnt concerned about it.
Just so you know i had the album downloaded, but the better half said it was worth having the legal version because of all of the work that went into it. That just goes to show that as with movies if it is good people will go to theatres, and still buy albums, as long as the quality is there.

What she's saying, i dislike her just like Faith Hill and others. Her country/pop lameness is unbeareable, IMHO. But she's saying the right thing here, i agree. Anyway, i think that what she's doing do not deserve to be heard. Just my opinion.

Shania Twain is the only artist who gives her fans their money's worth. She is the only one I buy.

When I watched tv, I would sometimes run across a channel with a Shania video, and I would hit MUTE, and sit back and enjoy the moment.

Everything i know about country is garth?? and shania twains sweet ass.

Back in the 70's, even 80, when people knew how to make music, you could get an album with at least a few very good songs on it.

RUMORS, Dark Side of the Moon, etc etc

Studio execs need to take heed, and lower prices.
