Some kind of firewall issue. You need to enable TCP port 6699 and UDP port 6257 in, for incoming connections. I don't know if your modem has a firewall, or the modem software, or if it's in XP.

I'm running windows xp. I'm not sure about firewalls or anything like that but I do have my ports set to the those settings. How do I check to see if firewalls are the problem??

I'm having the same problem with XP. How do I enable those ports. Also, are there any firewall hints you can tell me?

Bill Gates wants you to buy mp3s from him for $5 each, and they will be in his own secure format.
