Is it a completed dl or r u talikng about .torrent file?

Some BT sites give the torrent file, then u have to double-click it to start the dl.

Which BT site did u dl from?

Have you even installed a BitTorrent client? The actual content isn't hosted on SuprNova, you know.

does it have a .rar extension along with .r01 .r02 etc?

if so, get winrar, and open the .rar file, and extract it.

then you will probably have a .bin and a .cue file, and you can either burn them to cd's with nero, or mount them as a virtual drive with daemon tools or alchohol 120%

    Ever try VCDGear?

It can convert bin/cue files directly to mpg.

or you could just mount it, go into the MPEGAV folder, copy that file to another folder, and rename it to whatever.mpg

Just go to folder options in Windows, view - then uncheck "hide file extensions for known file types", then re-name the file.

whoa folks, i think you're gonna confuse this poor guy...

a complete download he got from supernova? sounds to me like he's completely downloaded the torrent. :D

Ok mate, you need to install the bittorrent client, then doubleclick the torrent you downloaded. This should start the stuff downloading.

Didn't it appear to have downloaded EXTREMELY fast? ;)

BT is fast, but not THAT fast.

If he's right clicked the link and "save target as" then all he's saved is the .torrent file, not the real file.

if it can fit on a floppy it's not the real file.

Especially if it was a 2.2GB SCREENER LOTR DVD rip ;)

I think the biggest torrent I've seen so far was an entire Mame ROM collection @ 4.5GB that would've taken about two weeks to download.
