How do you convery a video file to a video cd, and play it on a dvd player?

Can I convert that to video cd, and if i can wat program do u reccommend?
i use nero burning rom it is the best u can find it on kazaa or if u have some dollars to spend u can do that to. good luck man
Agreed Drag-and-Drop into nero and it should convert to VCD, but be carefull because VCD format is bigger than the Mpeg and other formats. You can use Virtual Dub to convert and chop also.
