March 24th, 2003, 03:33 PM
Ahh I can't wait for it!! I reserved it in JANUARY and every day of wait has been one of complete agony! Only 1 hour and 58 minutes and 32 seconds to go....
What about you all? Anyone else looking forward to this release? What about other games? |

LOL, MoonMan you seem fairly excited about it. I myself don't have a PS2, Xbox, GameCube, not even a Nintendo, LOL. I myself am still anticipating June 21st when Harry Potter comes out. Keep us posted on what you think of the game, maybe even include your own personal review of it.

You must be really excited to start another thread about this. Any reason you didn't just post in the other one?

I have been playing... -

For the last hour and a half straight... this has the potential to be the greatest video game I have ever played. It feels like Zelda 64 except more intuitive. I haven't felt play control like this since tomb raider 1. The graphics are fluid and lush--truly like a cartoon. The storyline has diverged from previous Zelda games, but is insanely fun and instantly captivating. It is like Link meets Solid Snake and a bit of Mario thrown in for good measure. Miyamoto is the man.
Moonman, In Seattle, we got ours around 3pm... what's up with where you live? LOL Edit: Back to playing... no more posts |

I have to agree.....
Zelda and Shigeru Miyamoto rule.... All you Xbox lovin' fools need to step up to REAL game play..... I'm playing some N64 Zelda on P64....fun fun.... Nothing beats 1 and 3 though....plus the game boy color/classic Zelda titles... Even the new GBA version is pretty good.... Gotta love that classic birds eye view.... www.dakota-fanning.org www.elle-fanning.net |

i liked the n64 zelda's, but the stuff nintendo has been doing for the gamecube just looks crappy. cell-shading? i think it looks nice, but that's for a picture, not actual game play. personally, i wanna see games get more realistic, not cartoon-like. but then again, i prefer the sims and driver over ut2003 and quake and blah blah blah. |
