DC++ upload bandwidth limiting -

Hey guys
I know i'm not the first to ask this - is there any way of limiting the upload bandwidth? I've heard u can use C++ code to limit the bandwidth - is this true and if so could someone please post the code and instructions. Thanks ballie102 |
