In WinMX, uploads under 30K start automatically regardless of Queuing. Is there a way to increase this auto upload size, for people wishing to upload from me (increase to 500K)?

At least those tiny files get to jump Q. No other Pp2 does this, AFAIk. There is no setting to change this (Believe me, I looked) unless someone has found a hack.

I also wish I could set it up so that users that share a lot of files can jump Q and bump off leechers.
