no. private hubs are private for a reason. it would be defeating the purpose slightly if they were to advertise themselves.

i visit a few non public hubs for porn as most of the public list is for mp3s and ps2 games.
thing is i am an adult, and these things dont appeal to me.
there must be a list of non public ones, or they wont get any visiters....
